Context

OnTime24 works with investors and developers on construction projects where the buyer needs to understand process, accountability and technical capability before making contact.

Strategy, information architecture, UX/UI and implementation

The problem

A broad service offer can easily become a list of claims. The website needed to reduce uncertainty without burying decision-makers in technical detail.

A website that makes a high-consideration construction offer easier to understand and act on.

The insight

The strongest proof was the working process: what the company takes responsibility for, how cooperation moves forward and what a client can expect next.

For high-consideration services, clarity is part of the product. A website must reduce uncertainty before asking for contact.

What changed

  1. Structured the offer around customer decisions rather than internal departments.
  2. Designed a calm interface that supports credibility and keeps technical information readable.
  3. Built a responsive website and a direct path to project contact.

Results

  1. The service portfolio became easier to scan and compare.
  2. The website now functions as a practical first point of contact for investor and developer conversations.
